This celeb home really has all that jazz.
Earlier this month, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas listed their riverfront mansion in the suburban village of Irvington in Westchester County, N.Y. for sale for an asking price of $12 million.
Located north of New York City and facing the Hudson River, the more than 11,000-square foot house stands four stories tall and contains eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, according to real estate records obtained by E! News. And the luxurious space has plenty of amenities for the health-minded, including rec rooms, a gym and a heated indoor pool.
Zeta-Jones—who has been married to Douglas since 2000—bought the 100-year-old property in 2019 for $4.5 million and renovated it that year.
"When I purchased our Irvington home, I knew our family would share many happy times here, and we have," the Chicago actress told The Wall Street Journal in a statement published June 17. "Now that both our son and daughter have left the nest it seems like the right time to sell.”
And with their kids Dylan, 23, and daughter Carys, 21, all grown up, Zeta-Jones and Douglas are planning to spread their wings as well and travel abroad.
The Wednesday actress added in her statement, “Michael and I plan to spend more time in Bermuda and Europe."
Zeta-Jones, 54, and Douglas, 79, have owned property all over the world, including in Bermuda, the actress' native Wales in the U.K., and Bedford, N.Y.—near Irvington—plus properties in California and on the Spanish island of Majorca.
